Hands and Feet of Jesus

Writer's picture: T-RockT-Rock

Blessedly sanctified at our kneeling

Washed in the blood, the Spirit we are feeling

Righteous in the Lord’s eyes, who now sees us

For the scars on the hands and feet of Jesus

We are now His voice, our message clear

Believe in the Son, forever hold Him near

Forgiveness is the gift that eternally frees us

For the scars on the hands and feet of Jesus

Nothing goes to the Father except through Him

Living the Gospel, filling us up to the brim

Invoke the Word, the devil will flee us

For the scars on the hands and feet of Jesus

Learning, praying, and faithfully sowing

The seeds He planted the day He rose knowing,

We can do all things through Him who strengthens us

For the scars on the hands and feet of Jesus

Trusting in God who sent his Son our Christ

Suffering through life for all that he sacrificed

Gloriously, becoming like our Savior who leads us

Healing the scars of others as the hands and feet of Jesus
