JESUS WEPT

Martha met Jesus while Mary stayed home

We sent word to You, but You chose to roam

" Your brother shall rise again ", Jesus replied

" For I am the resurrection and the life"

Jesus wept for His friend Lazarus, He felt the loss too

So we know for certain, He knows what we go through

Loss of our loved ones hurts deep down inside

They are just sleeping, one day their bodies will rise

Martha told Mary, " The Master has come and calleth for thee

When Mary seen Jesus, she fell at His feet

Lord if You had been here, my brother wouldn't have died

He groaned in the spirit, and was troubled inside
