Shout Hallelujah

Writer's picture: T-RockT-Rock

Gray upon a seasoned brow

Blessings undeserved received

A reminder of my life till now

Grace from the first day, I believed

Not without trial or blemish

Yes, failure, struggle, and tears

Still, faith insured a strong finish

Through all of life’s precious years

Now, as the sun sets on memories

The joyous wonders of His creation

I look forward to a heavenly breeze

From angel wings; a welcome celebration

No greater reward could I ever conceive

Shout hallelujah when it is my time to leave
