Waiting To Be Free

Writer's picture: Pernell RodockerPernell Rodocker

Deep within my heart of searing pain, Tears of gratefulness always will reign. The hope of deliverance... I wait, Will it only be at heaven's gate? "My grace is sufficient for thy pain," "Be at peace waiting for latter rain." Again I think of Him knowing me, Without Him of how my life would be. I bow before Him down on my knees, Praying to Him that I always please. Thank you Lord for even wanting me, Forever in your debt I will be. Sitting upon His throne watching me, The word from the Father, "set them free." Return to earth, set the children free, I know that all thorns will cease to be. Waiting patiently, I will be free!
